The Mother Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary
Located in the old town centre, the Mother Church dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary has a neo-classical façade and is richly decorated inside. Divided into three aisles, it is possible to admire precious wooden artworks such as the pulpit, the choir with organ, the sumptuous main altar and two sculptures, the Virgin and Child and the Trinity. Fascinating are also the paintings of the Neapolitan XVIII century, such as the depiction of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, placed on the main altar, and the private chapel of Moles barons.
